well, im really 15. not 13. idky i say 13. so... but im not focused on dating anymore. my focus is getting my life straight with God. then everything falls into place at the right time.

falling_up_93 Kiddo relax! I'm 19 and have never had a boyfriend in my life! And its not that I haven't been interested in guys, but I'm waiting for the one God has for me and the timing in which He has it! No offense, but you're 13! You can't drive yet, so if you guys hang out its at school or church or your parents have to drop you off, and its a lot of heartache you both don't deserve or need. Have you read Joshua Harris book "I Kissed dating goodbye"? It talks about viewing all relationships according to God's will, and wanting His goal for you, its powerful. So before you give up on guys or your parents, read it, and your Bible, it has the answer for all of life's questions. Trust God, its not always easy in this area, but its rewarding!

well i saw what ur bf looks like, he's a little emo. and trust me, I know how it is......parents hate the guy if he's emo if he's dating his daughter.....im emo....most parents hate me cuz i am.....some like me.....but i never had a gf b4, so i wouldnt knw how hard it is if my gf's parents hated me. but i can sort of relate.

well, what i would do, I would except what your dads wishes are. i would respect it. I would go to dinner. try to be as nice as possible, and show myself responsible enough for your dad.
