About Me
Andrew Patton is President and CEO of Patton House Entertainment LLC. He began Patton House in 2005 with a single independent artist and has cultivated and developed his business to represent some of the best in Christian music.
Over his 18-year history in the Christian music industry, Andrew has risen from assistant program director at WFRN-FM/Elkhart, Indiana to take positions as Director of National Promotions at Word Records and Vice President of National Promotions at Provident Label Group. While leading the promotions team at Word Records, Andrew took the single “Three Wooden Crosses” from Randy Travis to the top of every country radio chart, and helped Travis earn top honors at the 2003 CMA Music Awards. His experience and dedication to his work also earned him the 2005 Radio and Record’s Christian Promotion Executive of the Year Award. Patton also led the team that broke Casting Crowns, who have gone on to sell over 3.5 million records.
During his years at Kent State University studying radio-television production, great responsibility was always his forte even before his official business career. He was a Liaison Officer for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta. His responsibility was to manage broadcasters from 186 countries at the Aquatic Center.
In 2005, Andrew saw a need for a new style of artist management within the Christian music market. His initial goal was to structure a company that provides effective Artist Development, while creating substantial career opportunities and growth. He discovered Rush of Fools in September 2006 while judging a band competition for unsigned artists. Andrew groomed Rush Of Fools into the second best selling new artist for 2007 with the #1 Christian Adult Contemporary Radio song “Undo.” In 2008, Rush Of Fools was nominated for four Gospel Music Association Doves Awards including New Artist of the Year and Song of the Year.
Andrew has also been at the helm of numerous promotion and marketing campaigns including the launch of Midas Records Christian, and the national radio promotions behind the Dove Nominated Time-Life “Songs 4 Worship: Country” project. Andrew also led the radio team to launch the country music career of Beverly Mitchell from TV’s longest running family drama, 7th Heaven.
Andrew has worked with over 75 artists in his years in Nashville including such well-known artist as Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Sandi Patty, Third Day, Sixpence None The Richer, Jaci Velasquez, Point Of Grace, 4HIM, Jars of Clay, Johnny Lang, Randy Travis, and Casting Crowns.
Patton House Entertainment currently represents: Rush Of Fools, Jimmy Needham, The Michael Gungor Band, and Joy Lippard. Patton House is also providing marketing and promotion support for Midas Records Nashville and the Freedom Begins Here organization.
Andrew resides just outside Nashville, Tennessee and has been married for 11 years to his beautiful wife Joylyn and has 3 wonderful children: Connor, Kyle and Hope Renee.
