Movie Interests	I have too many favorites to name here, but I prefer action movies, and those that really know how to tell a story. I enjoy movies that tell a true story as well.

Favorite Memories	With three daughters, I have many amazing memories. My favorite memories are when they gave their lives to Jesus Christ. I had the pleasure of baptising them in water. The younger two I preformed their baby dedications, and had the pleasure of preforming my oldest daughters wedding ceremony. These are great memories. Above these however is the memory of my own wedding to the love of my life! I could ramble on here forever but I'll spare you.

About Me

It has been my joy over the past 27 years to have been in full-time ministry. I have served the Body of Christ as a Youth Pastor, Music Director, Evangelist, Senior Pastor and as an Associate Pastor.

I grew up in small churches, and because of that I have a passion to help those who Pastor small churches. I believe that almost ANY church can grow if the leadership is willing to take the right steps to allow for growth. The Lord has helped me to write some resource manuals that help churches locate and identify those areas that are keeping growth from coming, and then we can work out a plan to set that church on a course for positive growth. Currently I am writing a book that will serve as a companion resourse for the manuals. The working title of the book is "Growing the Small Church."

I have been married to my beautiful wife, Lisa, since August of 1984. We are blessed to have three beautiful and very talented daughters and one fantastic Son-in-law. All three of our children are very active in ministry. They sing, lead worship, write human videos, work with children, and do these things with a great attitude. I am so proud of them!

Outside of the ministry I enjoy fishing and playing golf when time allows. I enjoy music, playing the piano and trombone,and singing. My wife and I enjoy decorating our home and looking at new homes.
