We had just pulled up to a parking spot at the mall. And before we got out I stop her and asked her, "I have a couple of rings that I want you to choose from." And I pulled out these two toy rings. She started to laugh. And while she was laughing, I said, "Oh yeah, and I have this ring for you to choose from too." Then I pulled out this little white box....and I asked her to marry me. And, she said yes.

Hey, guys as of today, I'm engaged! So, heh, yeah!! We are very happy and excited. We are planning on having a year long engagement and just having a small wedding. Um, so there ya go. I also plan on blogging about how I asked her too.

We all know that praying is talking to God. But do we ever just talk to Him? The thought just came to me; God is our very best friend....so we dont we just talk to Him? Yes He is the Creator but He's also our buddy! Jesus said that he sees everyone of us a friend. Now, how can we gt to know Him if we dont talk to Him? You cant get to know someone if you dont talk to them.

Not much to write in this one just...work is work!! Its nice to get payed but still. And on that subject, when you do get a job...make sure you tithe. 10% that's all you need to give(yes "need" its a command) and if you do, you'll be blessed. Now I'm not saying you're gonna get rich all of the sudden, but you will be bless with the money you do have. Maybe you'll fine that thing you want on sale, or you'll get gifts out of nowhere. It might be hard to see at first, but even if you can't see what's going on, just trust God to work it out.

Christmas has come and gone one more year. And now the new year is right around the corner. I, for one, am looking forward to it. A new year marks a new start. A new chance to be, well, better than the year past. This new year brings alot of new and exciting chnges to my life. A new job, new school and maybe by the end of it, a career. And while its important to look forward to the future... we shouldn't be blind to the present. We shouldn't worry about our furture. After all, if God has comtrol of your life, what could go wrong? 'Course it won't always be easy...but as long as you're on God's path, it gonna work out. And I know, I know, easier said than done. Trust me I know!! But listen, its worth it. Its worth all the hard work. I know this from experience. Its going to work. So bring on the New Year!
Oh and one more thing; Happy Anniversary, Love!(new year marks our one year anniversary.)

Well Christmas is almost here! And as the old song puts it: "its the most wonderful time if the year".
Heh, well its also the most stressful time!! I mean it comes once a year, then it seems to come again with no break in between...ok well not quite, but you get it! Its not help by the fact though, that everyone seems to wait for the last second to start shopping. I do it too! But why? Why do we wait a whole year? Heh, one of the great mysteries of life, I guess. Kinda like eggnog...just what's in there?
But it got me thinking....its kinda like our life. I mean we think we have all the time in the world, but then something happens. And we see just how short a time we have here. So the moral? Live like its your final day, I guess. And I don't mean going crazy! What I mean is...well, treating others like you won't see them again, and enjoying life. And most importantly; living a Godly life. One day, sooner or later, we'll have to give an account for our life. So lets live a life we can be proud of.

Well its my first blog and my birthday! I am finally 18!!! I can vote, and get married and um.... I can't think of anything else. Anyway I don't really have anything planned just kinda hanging with my girlfriend. Who, by the way, I am going to marry....in like two years!!
