I saw your comment about changing back grounds. Go to www.zoelayouts.com and follow those instructions. There is a group called "what I'd like to see in ZoeCity" which is ran by mysterious_ways, join that group also, mysterious_ways also works for zoecity and does a very good job of getting any suggestions implemented.
I did read there that some of the backgrounds from myspace or yours dont really work well on zoecity, they are working on getting us some background choices in a couple of months.
