The Master Potter poem
The Master Potter
This soft and moldable vessel
Formed only by its Maker, Jesus,
is waiting for another touch
of the Master Potter’s hand
The Potter can shape me, mold me,
And burn me to make me what He
Desires His vessel to be whether a small
Grain of rice or a large vase
This vessel calls out to its Savior,
To bring life into the deepest part
And to fill the vessel full of heavenly
Ingredients such as faith, hope and love
As the vessel awaits the final formation,
It will be satisfied no matter what the end
Product may be, because it knows that the
Master Potter has completed His job
